Ann-Margret Hovsepian was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She has spent her life in multi-cultural environments—at her schools, in her neighborhood, and at church.
A professional writer and editor for sixteen years, Ann-Margret has had more than 180 articles published, both in the U.S. and Canada, for a variety of Christian, trade, and other magazines and newspapers. She has experience as a writing judge, workshop leader, and writing mentor, and is an associate member of the Evangelical Press Association.

Ann-Margret was the senior editor and lead author of Blossom: The Complete New Testament for Girls (Thomas Nelson 2006) and is the author of The One Year Designer Genes Devo (Tyndale 2007).
Besides her writing and professional experience, Ann-Margret has been involved in children’s and youth ministry since 1988. She teaches Sunday School, has counseled at summer camp and has been leading various youth programs at her church for several years.
